In most areas of the London and across UK, most orders placed as late as 1 p.m. can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and during holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the floral arrangement for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During major holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 10 p.m. Please note: Florists and couriers may call the recipient to schedule delivery.

For hospital deliveries, please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.

Please include apartment, unit, or room number in the delivery address, if applicable.

Funeral arrangements may require additional lead-time.

At this time, flowers, plants, and specialty gifts delivered by Third Party Carriers are only available for delivery in the UK. Delivery is available for most non-perishable products and some hearty plants Monday through Saturday. Sunday delivery is available during select holidays.

Morning delivery may be available for select zip codes. Most morning delivery shipments will be delivered by noon on the requested delivery date.

Please include apartment, unit, or room number in the delivery address, if applicable. Deliveries to colleges and universities may take additional time.

Changes to delivery address information after the order has been shipped will result in a £20.00 charge.

A signature is not required; the carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accept the delivery.

Orders may be delivered on or before the selected delivery date.

We have a simple goal – delight our customers with flowers that are high quality, fresh, and beautiful. While we may occasionally need to substitute for color or flower variety, we promise that the blooms you receive will be fresh and wow you or your gift recipient.

Delivery area is outside of London?

We deliver nationwide through our trusted network of carefully-vetted partner florists. We work with only the best of the best, and collaborate closely to design WOW Bouquets-worthy arrangements. Designs from our partner florists may not feature the exact flowers and vessels pictured, but will be a close approximation—and, of course, equally beautiful.

International deliveries

Our freshly picked flowers are delivered still in bud so you can enjoy them for longer. If they aren’t looking their best on arrival, they’re simply thirsty after their journey. Give them a drink, and they’ll perk up within 24 hours. It can take a day or two for your flowers to open up, but it’ll be quicker if you follow our 7 tips:

  • Clean your vase thoroughly. Any lingering bacteria will make your flowers wilt faster
  • Fill the vase two-thirds with fresh, lukewarm water and add your flower food. Top up the water the day after receiving your flowers, rather than changing it completely – this way, they benefit from the food for longer
  • Remove any foliage that will sit below the waterline to avoid build-up of debris. If your flowers include roses, you may notice some discoloured outer petals. These are guard petals, which protect the inner petals. Gently remove 2-3 guard petals to reveal these
  • Trim about 2-3cm from the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle. We recommend varying the stem length to give your arrangement a height range
  • Change the water regularly after the second day. Just like us, flowers love clean water
  • Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight to prolong their life
  • Remove any wilted flowers. Besides not looking as attractive, they can spread mould onto the others
